VIRTUAL MEETINGS:
How is this virtual event works?
This platform offers a fully integrated solution to schedule & have virtual meetings with other event participants. The virtual meetings will take place via video conference.
From registration until the event, there will be regular email updates explaining what you need to do next.
Registration| from 15th July until 15th October 2020
1. Set up a profile
Create a strong profile which will raise your visibility to others on this platform. Make it clear and concise. Your profile should describe who you are, what you can offer to potential partners and who you want to meet. A good profile will significantly generate more meetings. Don't forget your profile will be live and visible even after the event.
2. Request meetings | until 20th October 2020
Be active not reactive. Browse published participants profiles and send meeting requests to those you want to have a virtual conference during the days of the event. Adding a meaningful remark why you are interested in a meeting will increase the chance that your request will be accepted.
Booking rules?
*International participants, non Spanish, can only book meetings with the Rioja ICT companies.
3. Build connections | 26th- 30th October 2020
About 5 days before the event you will be able to check your virtual agenda online or via the app.
